Owners and their families were happy to participate in the annual Swirnow Buildings Systems  “Adopt-A-Turkey” program. The annual event sponsored by the Swirnow organization provides as many as 17,000 turkey dinners to needy residents in the greater Baltimore area over the holiday season. Marking its 14th year, the program is more like a party for the many employees, vendor companies and volunteers who give freely of their time to participate in the food drive.

Becky Foster of the Family Crisis center of Baltimore County, said “These boxes mean the world to the people getting them”. The domestic-violence shelter will pick up about two dozen boxes for former residents and their families trying to re-establish their lives, this Thanksgiving.
