Not just “good” measurements, but “precise” measurements. We utilize 3D digital equipment to measure the jobsite and provide a precise template to be turned into a CAD drawing. For our commercial customers, we can also provide professional production schematics. The digital template is the most important first step in our technology.
Controlled Programming
Our programming department is a team of highly trained engineers. They are skilled in taking our digital template output, and converting into CAD/CAM programs for our automated CNC fabrication process.
Production Automation is the key to Craftsmanship
A major advantage over our competitors is our investment in ground breaking slab template technology. We have the ability to take the template of our customer’s countertop and digitally integrate it with a hi-resolution image of the selected slab. From here we can maneuver the template pieces to show the customer exactly how the slab will be cut. Particularly useful for slabs with a lot of movement or veining, the customer can now see a full color, full scale digital image of their countertops from the comfort of their home, before the production process has even started!
Like most fabricators we rely on a core of highly skilled team of machine operators, finishers and craftsmen. However, the edge to our quality product is made possible by our continual investment in production technology. Our CNC edging machines and water jet technology allow us to edge countertops with a precision not possible by traditional hand polish methods.
We utilize the leading saw jet machinery to precision cut countertops at high levels of output, and increase the usage on our raw materials.
