The approved drawing becomes a machine-ready instruction set. Our macros, custom private functions, and specialized linear tooling coordinate dimensions across the production floor. Then skilled hands bring the edges, polish, backsplash details, and final surface checks to life.

CNC machine precision is only useful when the drawing, tooling, material, and finish all agree. We check the system at every critical handoff.

CNC machine macros

Custom macros and private machine functions translate approved dimensions into coordinated cutting sequences and repeatable toolpaths.

Precision tooling

Specialized linear tools and calibrated cutting strategies help our machines hold the dimensional logic of the final drawing.

Hand-finished edges

After CNC production, skilled fabricators hand polish edges, refine transitions, and complete the surface details that machines cannot judge alone.

Test-slab checks

We routinely run operation checks on test slabs to confirm that our machines are cutting, shaping, and finishing optimally before production continues.

Production details

Every edge is an instruction.

Full-height backsplashes, waterfall panels, overhangs, sink cutouts, seams, and specialty edges are resolved before the material reaches the machine.

Common backsplash heights: 4″, 6″, and 18″ risers, plus full-height applications measured to the cabinet, hood, or ceiling. Final dimensions are verified in the field before fabrication.

We do not reserve slabs. Availability changes, and a material is confirmed only when the project scope, material selection, and purchase are finalized. Call us to confirm the current slab before planning around a specific piece.
