Template and assess the job
We send a templater to measure the space, review site conditions, and assess the complete job scope. This is where the details needed for an accurate final drawing and quote are confirmed.

Review the production drawing together
We turn the measured dimensions and project details into a final production drawing, then walk through it with you to answer questions, coordinate changes, and make sure it reflects your vision before the work is released. The drawing should clearly show thickness, edges, wall-side conditions, and every cutout—or explicitly show that there are none.

Confirm final pricing and release the work
After the template, site assessment, materials, edges, cutouts, removal, access, and other project details are confirmed, we send one itemized final quote for your approval. Any new scope or fee should be explained in writing and approved before the work is released to production.

Fabricate, schedule installation, enjoy
We fabricate the approved pieces, set your installation date, and dispatch the finished countertops. Our crew installs the work and completes the final walkthrough—then you can enjoy your new countertops.

Your project, in writing.
A quote is only as clear as the scope behind it. Before fabrication is scheduled, ask for one written project record that matches the contract, the approved drawing, and the conditions in the home.
Define the complete scope
Record the rooms or pieces, slab count, material, thickness, edge profile, backsplash or wall-panel details, and whether each side is flush, recessed, or overhanging.
List every cutout—or none
Identify each sink, faucet, cooktop, electrical, or grommet opening by type, quantity, size, and location. If a cutout is not part of the project, the drawing and quote should say so.
Confirm site readiness
Document cabinet installation, level and secure supports, wall conditions, access route, plumbing or electrical responsibilities, and whether a contractor or other decision-maker will be present.
Make every fee visible
Separate included, optional, and conditional charges. Measurement, trip, handling, removal, cutout, and service fees should each appear as a labeled line item before approval.
Approve changes before release
If the scope, dimensions, materials, or price changes, send a written change order that explains why and shows the new total. Do not release revised work to fabrication until the customer approves it.

Fabrication service
Sink and specialty cutouts
Sink cutouts carry an additional fabrication fee. Any applicable cutouts should be identified in the written quote before production.

Cabinet leveling
Our templater will identify whether the cabinets are level and flag any condition that needs attention. On installation day, our installers use leveling measures to achieve the best possible fit. Countertop installation takes serious skill—there is one chance to set it right.

Removal and disposal
Removing and disposing of existing countertops is an additional service. Confirm whether it is included in the agreed scope before work begins.
Selected before schedulingRequired readiness
Secure cabinets and supports
We cannot finalize or install onto cabinets, supports, or bases that are loose or not securely mounted. This is a safety and quality requirement, not an automatic fee.
Must be complete before arrivalBefore our crew arrives
Please prepare a clear, safe workspace.For the safety of our installation team and everyone in your home, please keep children, pets, trash, and other obstructions clear of the work area and access route. A clear space helps us provide a safe, efficient, high-quality installation.
Conditional installation fee
Large pieces need a safe route in.
A 20+ square-foot island is not automatically an extra charge. Added handling may apply when stairs, tight turns, long carries, or limited entry points require more installers, protection, time, or planning.
If access affects pricing, we review the route before fabrication and identify the work in your quote.
