Artelye Marble & Granite successfully installed absolute black granite kitchens and bathroom vanity tops in 285 residential condo units. The final contract award was in excess of $715,000 and was completed Beazer Homes Corp. in July 2008.
Avera Station is a new construction project completed for Beazer Homes Developer Corp.(Owners)
The Avera Station project includes the construction of three connected, four story wood frame condominium buildings, containing 285 total units, all situated over a 2-story below grade, 188,000 SF cast-in-place concrete parking structure (400 spaces).
