This letter is to inform you of the absolutely fabulous experience my husband and I had with Artelye® Marble & Granite. We recently completed a total rennovation on our kitchen (an extraordinarily challenging project for us) and Artelye® supplied the granite. From the first time I placed a call to Artelye, Megan Helfrich gave us her personal attention. She walked us through their fabulous warehouse full of hundreds of slabs of granite from which to choose. She was patient with us and exhibited professionalism throughout every stage of our purchase. She truly made the entire process, from material selection through installation, as painless as possible for us. The installers did an excellent job. You can't even see the seam! Then, once installation was complete, my husband and I received a visit from a gentleman with Artelye® (I cannot remember his name) who came out for no other reason than to check and see if we were satisfied with the installation and answer any questions we had about our new countertop. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks me where to go for countertops. They made us realize that there are still companies out there who go the extra mile for their customers.
